In addition to her professional accomplishments, Caitlin is a proud wife and mother. She was married in 2020 and has two beautiful daughters. This strong sense of community and family shapes her approach to real estate, as she understands the importance of finding the perfect place to call home.

When not working, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and staying active in the local East Texas community.

Born and raised in East Texas, Cody has called the Lindale area home for the

past 10 years. Along with his wife Staci, they are raising three wonderful kids:

Caselyn, Braydee, and Creed.

With a lifelong commitment to service, Cody brings discipline, integrity, and

strategic thinking to the real estate industry. As a United States Marine Corps

veteran and current firefighter/ paramedic for the city of Garland, he has spent

his career making critical decisions under pressure-skills that seamlessly

translate into guiding clients through complex real estate transactions.

Before his career in public service, he worked in the oil and gas industry, gaining

valuable experience in negotiation, risk management, and operations. Combined

with his degree in Business Administration, he has a strong understanding of

market trends, investment strategies, and financial analysis to help his clients

make informed decisions.

Drew is an experienced agent who has a habit striving to be excellent in all he does. He will be joining the Shipman Team with LCR and has already hit the ground running. With deep roots in the Lindale community, Drew brings a unique perspective and passion to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Before his career in real estate, Drew spent 12 years teaching at Lindale ISD, where he built strong connections and a deep understanding of this area and community.

Beyond real estate, Drew committed to giving back to the community, which makes him a great match for LCR. He serves on the board of the Lindale ISD Education Foundation and co-founded the Lindale Turkey Trot, an annual event that combines his love for fitness and supporting local causes. For the past 8 years, Drew has also been an outdoor group fitness trainer with Camp Gladiator, building connections and inspiring others to reach their goals.

When not working with clients, you’ll find Drew serving at Grace Lindale, spending time with his family, or cheering on our local teams.

When I’m not out touring properties or chatting with clients, you can usually find me at a gym trying to move weights or at Topgolf trying to improve my swing (still a work in progress), trying to learn instruments, or sipping on some boba tea—I’m kind of a plain classic milk tea guy, but always down to try new flavors.

Ken grew up in Ohio and joined the United States Air Force after graduating high school. He received his degree in Aviation Science attending New Mexico State University. After his service, he moved around a bit before settling in Texas 14 years ago. He loves Lindale and the East Texas area and feels blessed to be part of such an amazing community. Along with his wife Cindy of 10 years, they have 3 boys who are as crazy as they are fun!
