We are pleased to introduce you to Wiley Close, II, a seasoned agent who has chosen to call LCR his new brokerage home! Wiley is married to Stephanie and they have two daughters, Kennedy and Ellie. Wiley moved to East Texas two years ago from Oregon, and he considers Texas his forever home. Wiley and his family reside in Lindale and have fallen in love with the community there. Wiley will be a wonderful addition to the LCR family.

In the past 5 years as a REALTOR®, Wiley has experienced a variety of fluctuations in the market and in the industry. He has worked through the Covid pandemic and seen the swings in the market from buyers' market to sellers' market to a more balanced market. He is an agent who is able to navigate any market and help his buyers or sellers navigate it as well.

In addition to real estate sales, Wiley has experience with property management and basic repair/handyman services, which has proven to be beneficial for some of his clients. 

When he is not helping clients, Wiley enjoys golf, basketball, playing Minecraft with his two girls, and spending time with family.
