Kayla Pruett is a long-time Lindale native, raised in East Texas and a proud K–12 graduate of Lindale ISD. Today, she and her husband, Zach, are raising their two daughters in the same hometown that shaped her. Helping new families move to Lindale isn’t just part of her profession — it’s part of her purpose. Guiding people into the community she loves is one of the reasons she’s so passionate about real estate.

Kayla began her real estate career in 2012, starting behind the scenes as a transaction coordinator and real estate virtual assistant. Those early years gave her a deep understanding of contracts, timelines, and the full contract-to-close process long before she became a licensed agent. By the time she earned her license in 2020, she already had nearly a decade of experience handling the operational backbone of real estate.

In 2016, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences from the University of Texas at Tyler, where she minored in Business and Entrepreneurship. Her background also includes teaching Real Estate Math and Finance as an adjunct instructor at Tyler Junior College — an experience that sharpened her ability to simplify complex concepts and advocate for her clients with clarity and confidence.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Leslie Cain Realty, Kayla is known for her steady communication, strong contract knowledge, and her genuine care for the people she serves. Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer, guiding a family relocating to Lindale, or assisting a seller through a major life change, Kayla approaches every transaction with the same commitment she gives her own family.

At home, Kayla is married to her husband, Zach, and together they’re raising their two daughters — the driving force behind her work ethic and her love for helping other families find their place here in East Texas.
